Love is accessible to you wherever you are, whenever you allow yourself to open up your heart to let it in. It’s all around. It can be found in the kind gestures and words of strangers; entwined within the melodies and lyrics of a beautiful song; blended into the various colors of the trees, with the warmth of the sun falling through the spaces between the leaves and softly kissing your skin; inside the pages of a book, where you are once again reminded that everything is fine and will continue to be; in the gentle touch of someone you care deeply about; underneath a soft fuzzy blanket on a brisk autumn day; at the bottom of a cup of your favorite drink; in the process of learning a new skill that you’ve always yearned to have; within the silent pauses of a genuine heartfelt conversation; or simply in the space you feel in your chest when you are content with who and where you are. Sometimes these moments are fleeting but the mere knowledge that they exist and the possibility that the next one is just around the corner are enough to continue pushing on.
